AIM, Skype, Gmail, Facebook, etc. Honestly, I find it a huge flaw that for all that it does with mail and messaging it has no instant messaging aspect at all. By not having instant messaging people are forced to have other clients and sites open at all times like Facebook and Gmail in order to be available. Thus even with Inbox2 they still have to always have the other sites open too, this is really discouraging to potential new users.

inbox2's big advantage is, that it's a nice tool to have all you messaging in one place.
and even with this inbox 2 can sometime, well 'overwhelm' a user, having all kinds of stuff beeing thrown at him. now just imagine having chat messeges coming up as well. it would be ridiculous. msn, icq, aim, skype, facebook chat, google chat, plus facebook messages, workmail, friendsmail, school mail, tweets, etc.
that would just end in an information overload.
