    Integrate Chat

AIM, Skype, Gmail, Facebook, etc. Honestly, I find it a huge flaw that for all that it does with mail and messaging it has no instant messaging aspect at all. By not having instant messaging people are forced to have other clients and sites open at all times like Facebook and Gmail in order to... more

    Google Wave Integration

GMail is cool - but would be super cool to integrate Wave as well. That's a mashup that Google seems to have missed themselves

add 'from Inbox2' to a twitter message instead of 'from API'

In twitter you can see from where you posted the message. Inbox2 now shows as 'API' while for example TweetDeck shows 'from TweetDeck'.

Integrate Gmail Chat into Inbox 2

Being able to consolidate all my emails has been something I’ve wanted for a long time. The one thing I do miss is the ability to instant message via Gmail. If that was added, I think I could move away from Gmail without thinking I was missing anything.

show images in preview pane as well as in my inbox area.

I like the fact that i can see my images in my inbox on the left hand side but i think this should also happen in the mail preview panel on the right as well

    Twitter conversations

It would be nice to keep track of - say - a correspondance I have with one person on twitter as a 'combined' feed. Now, in 'mentions', I only see the other person's posts, not my corresponding ones

    Use push

I use MobileMe which supports push mail, Thunderbird and most e-mail clients support this now, where an E-mail instantly shows up in the inbox, unfortunately that is what's stopping me from using Inbox2 also I tried sending a test e-mail, Inbox2 never got it but thunderbird did.
